You Got A Puppy, But It Is Not Going As Expected...

Puppies are adorable, small, and cuddly when we get them. Then they begin to grow and develop and many puppy owners find themselves unsure of the next step and overwhelmed. That's where we come in. We have a service for every owner to make those first few months become enjoyable and allow you to build a lasting, loving relationship with your pup.

Puppy Board and Learn

You just brought your puppy home and now what?

Maybe things are not going as you had hoped:

* House training is a struggle

* Your puppy doesn't like the crate or is unable to sleep well through the night

*The puppy biting is like you just brought home an alligator

*You have less time than expected to work on the every changing puppy stages

Trained Like The Trainers' Own

The trainer will be treating your puppy just as they treat their own puppies and dogs. The puppy will work on crate manners, routine potty breaks to establish excellent house training manners. Rotation with multiple other dogs owned by the trainer, this will allow for appropriate interaction with multiple other ages of puppies and dogs under supervision.

Daily Training

Everyday your puppy will engage in small short one-on-one sessions with the trainer. These small sessions allow for your puppy to learn at her speed and not be overwhelmed. Focusing on expected daily manners, that include but are not limited to: chewing on appropriate items (no fingers or toes), not jumping for things or attention, appropriate door manners, and going into a crate willingly are just to name a few.

3

Socialization

Socialization is extremely important, especially before the age of 16 weeks. We do age appropriate exposure training, whether that is out in our fenced in 2 acre yard or for destination outings. Many times these puppies accompany the trainer to group classes as well for even more exposure.

Follow Up

Once your puppy comes home, that does not mean your work is done. The trainer has established expectations for the puppy, but you must continue the work at home. Upon return, we go over what was accomplished with your puppy and how to mitigate situations. We recommend you to continue to follow up with Individual Lessons in your home, Trainer Trainings, Group Classes, and Adventure Outings.
